A delightful, fully washed coffee sourced from family owned farms organized around Cooperative Multifuncional Family Coffee R.L (COMULFAC). A micro-mill is used to process the harvested cherries which are grown at 980-1500 masl by small family farms averaging only 4-100 acres in size. This small mill allows detailed care in depulping, fermenting, and drying the coffee. This Fair Trade Nicaraguan coffee offers notes of dark cocoa, sweet black cherry and a clean finish.
